Jonathan is one of the most dedicated student leaders I have had the privilege to work with, and also learn from, in my professional career. I have enjoyed the opportunity to partner with him to plan university events, and I continue to be impressed with his work.

The first time I met Jonathan Guaetta, I could tell right off the bat he was exceptional. Even in our first conversation, his charisma, determination, focus and strong leadership qualities were evident. The more I got to know Jonathan, the more I saw his actions match his words, and then some. I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan for the 2021 Phi Mu Delta Winter Beach Party. Every minute of the night was planned. Jonathan's attention to detail was truly amazing. He and the fraternity ended up raising over $7,000 that night for St. Jude.

In 2022, Jonathan and his team took Winter Beach Party to even greater heights. There were more games, booths and even bigger prizes. Phi Mu Delta raised an incredible $10,000+ for St. Jude's this past December, their largest donation amount from the Winter Beach Party ever.
